PSG Monitor City Midfielder
Paris Saint-Germain are monitoring Manchester City attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki ahead of a possible move in January or next summer. The Ligue 1 side view the 23 year old France international as an ideal tactical fit and are waiting to see if the punishment from City's breach of the Premier League financial rules prompts Cherki to seek a move away from the Etihad Stadium.
Meanwhile, Internazionale are considering an approach for City midfielder Mateo Kovačić as a free agent next summer. The 32 year old Croatia international can discuss pre contract terms with non English clubs from January, with Parma's Adrián Bernabé also under consideration.

Arsenal have made contact with Tijuana regarding a potential January transfer for 17 year old midfielder Gilberto Mora. The Mexico international has a 28 million dollar release clause in his contract and is also attracting attention from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, and Benfica.
Elsewhere, Bayern Munich have placed Newcastle United goalkeeper Nick Pope on their shortlist of potential experienced shot stoppers if 40 year old Manuel Neuer departs next summer. Pope, 34, is viewed as an ideal candidate to provide backup to Jonas Urbig as he steps into the first choice spot.
