Top European clubs eye Brighton defender Luka Vuskovic

European heavyweights target rising stars

Brighton defender Luka Vuskovic is attracting interest from Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona. The 19 year old Croatia international joined Brighton this summer for an initial £46 million after spending last season on loan at Hamburg from Tottenham Hotspur. He is currently focused on helping Brighton push for a place in the UEFA Champions League.

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Liverpool have stepped up their pursuit of Galatasaray attacking midfielder Aleksey Batrakov. Both clubs sent scouts to watch the 21 year old score in a 4-2 victory against Lille. Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City are also keeping tabs on him. His contract includes a €60 million release clause.

Striker news across Europe

Real Madrid forward Endrick is linked with a January move, with AS Roma and AC Milan showing interest. A move remains possible because of his limited playing time at the Bernabeu, making Roma a realistic option. This comes even though Jose Mourinho stated publicly that the player will stay.

In Spain, Atletico Madrid are open to paying €25 million to permanently sign Juventus striker Jonathan David. The 26 year old has scored three goals in five league matches this season while on loan, and he wants to remain in Spain.

Aston Villa may choose not to sign Chelsea loanee Alejandro Garnacho permanently unless his form improves. Villa could limit his playing time to avoid triggering an appearance clause, similar to what they did with Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott.

Defense and contract updates

Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for defender Malo Gusto. Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and PSG are watching his situation closely. Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger remains committed to his club despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham could consider selling defender Destiny Udogie in 2027 if a huge offer comes in.

In other news, Jadon Sancho wants to speak with Getafe head coach before deciding on a free transfer to the Spanish side. Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo has no plans to leave his club, despite reports linking him with Bayern Munich.
