Nacua Ready for Full Action

The Los Angeles Rams are preparing to welcome back wide receiver Puka Nacua for their upcoming game against the Philadelphia Eagles. After missing the last two games for Los Angeles, the wideout is set to play without any predetermined restrictions on his workload this Sunday.

While the coaching staff wants to evaluate his conditioning level once he is active on the field, they are heading into the game with no plans to limit his snaps. His actual playing time could be affected by how he feels during the game, but the initial plan is to let him play fully.

Fitness and Recovery

Nacua's recent absence was caused by an injury to his hip and groin. The groin issue was the main concern, as it was impacting his overall explosiveness on the field. The Pro Bowler felt that he could not perform with the same high level of power that he usually displays.

Fortunately, the Rams viewed this as a short term injury. They did not believe the issue would require any surgery. Nacua was a full participant in Friday's practice, which cleared him of any injury designation for the game in Philadelphia.

Coach Sean McVay shared positive updates after Thursday's practice, which is the heaviest workload day of the week for the team. McVay said that Nacua looked sharp during that session. The coach added that the receiver looks strong and ready to go. McVay also expressed confidence in the other players who stepped up and played meaningful snaps while Nacua was out.
