A Historic Moment Within Reach

The Milwaukee Brewers stand on the edge of winning their first ever World Series title. After securing a convincing 10-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 3, the Brewers took a commanding 3-0 lead in the series.

One more win will secure the championship for the franchise. Thousands of dedicated supporters have made the long trip down to Florida, aiming to turn the Rays home venue, Tropicana Field, into a friendly environment for their team away from Wisconsin.

Traveling Fans Take Over Tropicana Field

Supporters dressed in blue and yellow began arriving in noticeable numbers on Monday night when Milwaukee held a 2-0 lead. Following the dominant win in Game 3, even more supporters traveled to the western coast of Florida to reinforce the crowd.

As fans gathered inside Tropicana Field for Game 4, the stands showed a clear mix of local Rays supporters and visiting Milwaukee followers. The visiting supporters gathered around the dugout on the third base side, shouting loud chants like 'Let's go Brewers' and 'Yeli, Yeli' to cheer on the team early in the game.

Players Notice Strong Visiting Support

The strong fan presence has not gone unnoticed by the players on the field. Outfielder Garrett Mitchell spoke about the traveling crowd before the game started and pointed out how much it meant to the team.

Mitchell said, 'The atmosphere here with the amount of Brewers fans, you can feel it, and it started in batting practice yesterday. Just like when we were stretching, you could hear it. It was lots of let's go Brewers chants. To have that on the road, pretty special. Pretty special.'

Colorful Scenes On The Concourse

The concourses inside the venue were packed with fans wearing blue and gold colors. Some supporters brought creative pregame signage and giant Pokémon cards to show their backing for the team. Others showed their loyalty by dressing up in fun costumes, including Batman, as they walked through the stadium.

Pitcher Brandon Woodruff was seen spending time and making friends with the faithful supporters before the action kicked off. Milwaukee fans filled the gates early to watch warmups, determined to support their team on what could be a memorable night for the franchise.
