Injury updates before Monday night
The Buffalo Bills are dealing with some major injury issues ahead of their upcoming game. Wide receiver Joshua Palmer and defensive tackle Ed Oliver have been ruled out for the Monday night matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
At the same time, wide receiver DJ Moore returned to practice on Saturday wearing a noncontact jersey. Moore is currently listed as questionable for the game as he deals with a shoulder injury.
Receiver and cornerback concerns
Moore is working his way back from a nagging shoulder injury that he originally picked up in Week 2 against the Detroit Lions. He aggravated the injury late in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.
With Palmer sidelined, coach Joe Brady confirmed that rookie Skyler Bell will be active for his NFL debut. The team also has questions in the defensive backfield. Cornerback Christian Benford is returning from a toe injury, while nickel corner Dee Alford is questionable with an ankle injury.
