Game Action
Michael Harris II tripled and scored the go ahead run on a wild pitch by reliever Kris Bubic in the fifth inning. The Atlanta Braves beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 on Sunday night to even the National League Division Series at a game apiece.
Harris added an insurance run with an RBI double to right against reliever Edgardo Henriquez in the seventh inning. He finished the night missing only a home run to hit for the cycle.
Pitching Struggles
Both teams turned the matchup into a bullpen game after the Braves chased Dodgers starter Blake Snell after 3 and two thirds innings. Snell threw 90 pitches, with only 47 for strikes, and walked five batters.
Max Muncy hit a two strike, two out home run off Didier Fuentes in the ninth inning to bring the Dodgers within 3-2. Braves closer Raisel Iglesias then earned his second save by getting pinch hitter Josue De Paula to foul out to third base.
